MARKETING THE PROPERTY:
Our advertising includes, instant digital colour
photographs, enabling us to advertise in the shop front
as soon as we have your instruction, we have many
quality tenants already registered with us, so they will
be called immediately. We also have our newspaper
marketing which obviously draws much attention.
Properties are automatically uploaded onto our own website,
as well as other property search sites including “Find a Property” & “Right
Move”.
Board presence is a fantastic way of marketing your property,
as we are sure you will agree, therefore we will erect a board unless instructed
otherwise, this is all included in our fee.
TENANT SELECTION:
All prospective tenants are vetted by us, on application for renting a
property. References include: financial references i.e. employers/accountant
references, character references and previous landlord references (where
applicable); we also gain the most recent bank statements and payslips. Together
with proof of identification and National Insurance Number.
A MEMBER OF STAFF WILL ALWAYS ACCOMPANY PROSPECTIVE TENANTS WHEN VIEWING A
VACANT PROPERTY.
