Fees And Services
Our full services and fees are
confirmed at the time of our instruction. Fees become
payable after we have provided our letting services.
LETTINGS AGREEMENTS
We can provide lettings agreements for landlords who do their own letting.
Our Charges are:
Standard Agreement (by post) £45-00
Witnessed Agreement (in office) £70-00
INVENTORIES
We can provide inventories for landlords who do their own letting. We have a
scale of charges available upon request, depending on property size etc. A
further charge is made for (i) inventory check in and (ii) inventory check out.
NOTICE SERVICE
We provide a notice service for Landlords who manage their own property e.g.
drawing up of a section 8 or 21 notice. Particulars are available upon request.
REFERENCING SERVICE
We provide a full referencing service for Landlords who do their own
letting. Particulars are available upon request.
MARKET APPRAISAL AND REPORT
For prospective landlords looking to invest in properties, we can provide a
written market appraisal and report on any chosen property. Our Charge would be
deducted from our letting charge if we are employed to subsequently let the
property.
INSURANCES
We are able to advise and arrange quotes and cover on the following:
- Legal Protection Insurance
- Rent and Legal Protection Insurance
- Buildings Insurance
- Landlords Liability Insurance
- Landlords Contents Insurance
- Tenants Contents Insurance
- Emergency Repair Insurance
FULL MANAGED
12.5% of the gross monthly rental. (Correct as of the 1st January 2006)
Plus Admin/Letting fee for the finding of Tenants preparation of agreements and
notices
RENT COLLECTION
10% of the gross monthly rental. (Correct as of the 1st January 2006)

Fee: One Months rental only
All Fees are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
