Lettings Negotiator
A Lettings Negotiator is required to join our successful Lettings team. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work on their own initiative, with excellent customer services. They must have good communication skills and be able to cope with a busy and varied workload, including viewings and valuations and general administrative duties. Good computer skills are essential as is attention to detail. Successful applicant must also be able to use own car and have a clean driving licence. Salary is dependant on experience

Administrator
Based in a branch, a number of positions are encompassed within this sector – Quality Control, Customer Service, Accounts, Audit, typing and secretarial, data input, IT and Business Development. Providing administrative support to designated branches, producing accurate sales particulars and other administrative duties. Conduct inspections of properties for the purpose of dilapidations/inventories and resolving customer issues in accordance with internal procedures. Maintain an administrative system for the branch, processing forms and proposals, diary management, collating management information.

Lettings Valuation Manager
Based in branch, maximise business and delivers branch profit. Achieve targets, prospect and generate new business. Obtain and conduct landlord valuations. Develop branch staff. Ensure compliance with internal procedures to achieve high service levels.
